We harvest seaweed from the cleanest waters in Southeast Alaska under a permit from the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.
We inspect and hand pick our seaweed at the height of Alaska's short growing season, cutting above the root and only partial amounts of each plant to ensure sustainability.
The seaweed is air dried and roasted at low heat to retain flavor, nutrients and color. We package it in a variety of ways for you to eat and enjoy.
